A little about the CrossRoad Team 

     Why have a team? Barbara Hendrickson and Jim Quinn thought about it and realized that with having a large referral client base it would be best to pair their expertise to form a strong dependable group to be available at all times for the betterment of their clients and future growth.           

     Together, Barbara and Jim are both Brokers, and licensed in VA, MD and DC. Barbara, a native Washingtonian enjoys her career and sharing her vast knowledge of the Metro area.  Her passion for Real Estate goes far beyond just being a Broker. She has served on NVAR's Ethics committee for the last three years and currently serves as a 2007 Board member at NVAR. Barbara's credentials include her (GRI) Graduate of Real Estate Institute, (ABR), Accredited Buyers Represenative, (CSP) Certified New Home Sales Professional and her 2005 Lifetime Top Producer award. When asked what she likes best about the business, she eagerly replys, "negotiating"!

     Jim balances the partnership with his valuable appraisal and banking background. Jim has been in Real Estate since 1976 working in both the residential and commercial arena. Together, Barbara and Jim are both uniquely qualified to provide the best service and knowledge available to clients and pride themselves in creating a marketing strategy specifically designed to the special characterestics of each property.  

     Other team members include Buyer's agent, Karen McKeon and Operations manager-Agent, Jo Lynn Bozer. Karen specializes in residential properties throughout Northern Virginia. Jo Lynn is our licensed operations manager and functions as contact and support to the clients and team members.We are all about creating a comfort level with clients so they understand we are working together with the necessary skills needed to complete a seamless transaction whether buying or selling.  Enjoy your visit with us, we look forward to working with you.
